Nicola Walker

After enrolling on an Animal Care Course at Manchester College in 2013 and passing with Distinction, Nicola joined our team in 2015, as an Auxiliary staff member. Prior to this she worked for 20 years in both Payroll and Administration jobs.

Nicola loves nothing more than spending time with her 2 rescue cats - feisty but timid tabby Nina, and Norma, a sweet old lady that was a stray. Nicola is a wildlife enthusiast with a special interest in hedgehogs and is a member of the British Hedgehog Preservation Society. In her spare time Nicola enjoys researching her family history and is a keen amateur gardener.
